Amendments: should you wish to amend your order once placed and paid for please contact us by phone as soon as possible and provided the order has not already been despatched we will try to amend it. We also reserve the right to cancel or amend your order before the goods are despatched if the goods are no longer in stock.

Substitution Items

Venture Accessories Ltd may email details of a substitution if the item ordered is no longer stocked, or has had an updated version released. If the substitution is not acceptable a full refund will be offered.

Payment

All payments for goods must be made when the order is placed. Goods cannot be despatched prior to payment being received.
