Returns

If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact us at accessories@venturevehicles.co.uk with your order no and details of items to be returned. This email needs to be recevied within 14 days of receipt of your item, you then have 14 days from your email to return the items back to the address below:

Your item must be returned in a resaleable condition, in it's original, unopened packaging. Once the item has been inspected a refund will be actioned, within 7 days of receipt of your return. We suggest you use a trackable delivery for your returns.

Damages and Defects

Should your item arrived damaged, please send photographic evidence of the damage, including the delivery packaging. We will then endeavour to replace your damaged item.  If the item is no longer stocked, a refund will be offered including any initial delivery costs.
